Join Chef Emily Seeboonruang and Salmon Valley Stewardship for a night of asian stir fry, sauces and sides, as well as a stir fry cooking demonstration! You’ll get to try our tasting menu, have a refreshing Thai drink, learn how to make an awesome stir fry, and leave with a full belly and a bundle of local garlic scapes.

Goma-ae (Japanese sesame side with local garlic scapes)
Pad Woon Sen (Thai glass mung bean noodle dish – vegetarian)
Local bok choy stir fry with garlic
Chicken ginger stir fry with rice
Iced butterfly pea lime drink
