It’s been said that Salmon, Idaho is Pure Therapy – but you have to decide for yourself. We’ve got lots of options for fun and relaxation. Some people like to be active with river rafting, fishing, hunting, biking, and backpacking… while some folks would rather browse quaint shops and breathe in the fresh mountain air. Whatever your pleasure, you’ll find super-friendly folks everywhere you go. Do you like Western history? Visit the Lemhi Historical Museum on the North side of town or the Sacajawea center on the South side of town. Salmon, Idaho is right next to the Frank Church River of No Return Wilderness Area (the largest wilderness Area in the lower 48 states!).
